What is SEPAmail™?
Adopted by hundreds of banks, SEPAmail™ is an inter-bank messaging system that allows parties to easily exchange payment-related information and documents via the internet.
Created in partnership with five of France’s major banks, this innovative service facilitates the settlement of dematerialised invoices. The network is fully secured from end-to-end by different authentication, encryption, and cryptography mechanisms, enabling entities to conduct transactions quickly and with total confidence.
What can it do?
Our software suite for SEPAmail™ consists of application bricks that complete the SEPAmail™ service and render it usable. All applications are available on a subscription basis and may be deployed without project investment costs or interruption to bank services.

SEPAmail RUBIS™ (Règlement Universel Bancaire Immédiat & SEPA) is a secure service that connects customers and companies to facilitate the payment of invoices.
Once a company is subscribed to SEPAmail RUBIS™, it may send a request for payment, with any accompanying invoices, directly to a client. Upon receipt, the client is notified via email or SMS of the payment request, and they may choose to either submit payment, or to schedule it for a later date – all from their online banking environment or mobile application. The service is applicable both for recurring (i.e. rent, energy, gas, telephone, internet) and one-time payments and may be applied to B2B, B2C, and peer-to-peer cases. All services are accessible online and via mobile application.
Service AIGUES MARINE™
SEPAmail AIGUES MARINE™ is a service designed to facilitate banking mobility. Launched in 2017, the platform responds directly to a request from the French Ministry of Finance (notably, the “Loi Macron”) to automate all the operations necessary for an individual to change banks, including transfer of funds, and the notification of regular creditors and debtors.
In addition to rendering banking mobility free, secure, and automatic for individuals, AIGUES MARINE™ also offers cost-saving incentives for the banks. The service not only represents large-scale automation, it also reduces the cost of acquiring new customers by eliminating the need for mobility-management providers.
SEPAmail DIAMOND™ (Direct Identity Control for Account Management ON Demand) is an application used to verify the account details given by an account holder to a payer or debtor when initiating a direct payment process. The objective of the service is to detect data entry errors, identity theft, as well as the falsification of a RIB or IBAN, before any transaction takes place, therefore drastically reducing the risk of rejected payments, criminal activity, and long legal procedures.
While designed to protect all account holders, SEPAmail DIAMOND™ offers particular benefits to organizations with large client bases, as it supports the mass verification of the bank details associated with one’s customers, suppliers, and/or associates.

How does it work?
All SEPAmail™ Software Solutions are facilitated through the SEPAPlug™, the multi-service reference server for SEPAmail™. The Software Suite combines three principle functions: a messaging service, a multi-service application transactional engine, and an interfacing service, which together facilitate the communication of all SEPAmail™ service applications.
SEPAPlug™ is multi-OS and multi-database, and built on an n-tiers architecture, giving users complete freedom to define the system’s architecture while ensuring complete compatibility with all systems in place.
How does it work?
